Returns Policy

While we hope you are delighted with your purchase from Eclectic Gift Store we appreciate that sometimes returns may be necessary.

 

In the first instance, we ask that you contact us at help@eclecticgiftstore.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the goods to advise of your intention to return all or part of your order. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us, items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, resalable condition with all labels and tags intact. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item.

 

Refunds are not available on food/perishable items unless faulty.

 

Buyer pays return postage.
