Payment
Payment for your order is taken at checkout and you can pay by Debit or Credit Card, customers using Safari (on IOS and macOS devices) have the option of paying via Apple Pay or you can choose to spread your payments with Klarna.
Delivery
Most orders are posted using a Royal Mail tracked service, your order should be received within three to five working days. If your order has not been received within five working days and no card has been left explaining that delivery has been attempted then please contact us and we will look into this for you. Busy periods, such as Christmas, may cause delays to our usual service so please bear this in mind when ordering over the Christmas period.

Our postage charge is a flat rate fee of £3.99 for all orders until £50 and free for orders of £50 or over. At the moment, we only deliver to addresses in the UK.
